When the top of the Walking Onions are ready to harvest just clip off the top bulbs. Then
place them on a piece of "hard ware cloth" better know as screen. About every 2 days just
roll the bulbs over. Do this for about 3 weeks. Finally, either separate the bulbs after they
finish curing or leave intact. Either later in the Fall or early Spring 2009 plant them.
